All items in my shop are in stock and ready to ship. Free Standard Shipping is via Ground Advantage with the US Postal Service. An upgrade to Priority Mail is available at checkout. All packages will receive a tracking number.

When your item ships, you will receive an email from Etsy Shipping Notifications. It will contain a link to track your package.

Your sterling silver jewelry will come to you in a minimalist and highly functional anti-tarnish package, consisting of a zip top poly bag with anti-tarnish strip. The sealed bag and anti-tarnish strip serve to ward off tarnish-causing gases in the atmosphere, keeping your jewelry looking better for longer. I recommend you continue to use this package for storing the item in your jewelry box.

For shipping, your jewelry will be securely packaged in a corrugated cardboard box. I ship in cardboard boxes because they offer extra protection and are highly recyclable. I use recyclable paper packaging whenever possible.

I want to bring you a 5-star experience. If you are dissatisfied, please contact me through Etsy Conversations so that I may remedy it.

I accept returns for refund within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Please contact me through Etsy Conversations in order to initiate your return.

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense (except in the case of defect) and must include a tracking number. For your convenience, I can create a return label for you and deduct it from your refund amount.

If you are sending the item to someone as a gift, I would be happy to include a card with a message for free. Just fill out the "Gift Message" field at checkout and I will include a handwritten card in the package.

To save paper, I do not include receipts or invoices in any of my packages. I think every package I send looks like a little gift!

I only ship to U.S. addresses. International buyers who elect to use a U.S. based package forwarding service, kindly understand that I am responsible for the contents and delivery of the package only until it reaches the U.S. address you provide.

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. The process will be hastened if your silver is sitting around unworn and unprotected. A simple way to keep tarnish at bay is to wear your silver every day!

If you are not wearing it daily, then please store your Relampago Studio silver in the anti-tarnish bag it came in. The bag works to prevent tarnish in 2 ways: the zip top seals out air, while the anti-tarnish paper counteracts the tarnish-causing elements in the atmosphere.

I recommend you remove your sterling silver jewelry before going in the shower, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, ocean, etc. as these waters contain minerals and chemicals that accelerate tarnish.

Tarnish, a brown or black discoloration of the metal, is easy enough to remove with a silver polishing cloth. A sample-size Sunshine polishing cloth is included with every order.

To remove simple surface grime like makeup and dirt, I recommend a gentle water wash with Dawn liquid dish detergent and an old, soft toothbrush. Please be sure to stopper your sink, so your jewelry doesn't slip down the drain!

Gold-filled jewelry features an outer layer of solid gold (not electroplate) mechanically bonded to a core of jewelers brass. Under normal conditions and care, your gold-filled Relampago Studio jewelry will not tarnish.

However, a buildup of minerals or beauty products can dull its shine, so I recommend to avoid wearing gold-filled jewelry in the pool or shower, and avoid applying perfumes and cosmetics while wearing it. To restore the brilliance of your gold-filled piece, wash in warm water with a mild dish detergent like Dawn and wipe with a soft cloth such as an old t-shirt.

Polishing cloths are not included with gold-filled jewelry. I do not recommend you use the silver polishing cloth as it contains an abrasive.
