Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we can customize very few items, but not all. Items such as the popsocket can be customized.

My item did not arrive, although the tracking says it did.

First step is to check with your local post office that delivers to your home. They will have the most up to date information on your package.

Sometimes packages are left at the wrong home, stolen, behind bushes, under a mat, or left with your apartment office.

Also, make sure that the address that you provided us for your order is correct.

Lastly, keep track of what you've ordered. There is nothing that we or USPS can do if you report a package missing more than 15 days after it was shipped or supposed to be deliver. In other words, if your package was it showed delivered on September 1st and you tell us that you haven't received it on October 1st, there's no way for us to track it via USPS. So tell us immediately.

Will you replace or refund for stolen packages?

No, if the tracking shows that the package was delivered to the address that you provided us, we are not responsible for it if it is stolen.

Will you refund or replace items shipped to the wrong address?

No, if it was not our error, we will not. However, if it was our error, we will.

Issues With An Order or Item

If you are dissatisfied with your item PLEASE reach out to us FIRST before leaving negative feedback so that we have a chance to correct the issue. We have a right to refuse future orders if we feel there is a lack of communication with a buyer that refuses to address issues with us.

My item was shiiped, but the tracking shows that it is delayed. WIll you send another item or offer a refund?
