Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds and exchanges will be done on a case by case basis only. If a product has been misrepresented, please let me know ASAP. (If after one week of item arrival, I've not heard of any troubles, I will assume the product was to your satisfaction and there will be no refund or exchange after that point.) If a refund/exchange is issued, the item(s) must be returned to me before payment can be refunded.
Payment
Payment should be made upon placing order; orders will not ship until paid for. Should you need to cancel your order, please message me ASAP. Otherwise, I will need to wait for the item to return to me before issuing a refund.
Shipping
Shipping will be through USPS first-class mail. If you need a tracking number, please let me know and one will be provided when the order ships.

No international orders at this time.

The seller is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please use your tracking number to provide information to your local post office.
