I have seen this blogged on several different blogs and finally "splurged" and ordered it. I am so glad I did! This is a beautiful book with plenty of room for entries for years to come. The cover is really gorgeous and the binding and pages are quite durable. The bag it comes in has actually proven to be quite useful; I end up sliding my thin nature journal in with the calendar of firsts and it can easily be carried in my daypack when we are out. Please note that you are free to write in the month and day on each page; it has not been numbered for you.

I love it, I have been trying to get my daughter to do a nature journal which has been like pulling teeth out. I showed her this book and because she loves to write the very next morning she wrote about some ducks she saw AND drew a picture. She loves this book and the layout, although there is no specific space to draw she pastes in her pictures, for some reason this works for her.

Lovely calendar of firsts. I haven't seen anything else like it. Nice bag to keep it in, or maybe to bring home treasures from your nature walks. We are very pleased!
