Very well made and soft material. Seller includes a free matching bow as well! Great purchase, the seller even included some freebies for me!! 10/10 recommend.

Returns? Mending?
We do not take returns, but if your child happens to play with the bow and it comes apart and it is fixable, we will try our best to fix for you as long as you pay shipping both ways.
Item says delivered, but I haven’t received?
I have not experienced this, but I have seen other shops have issues with this. Once I drop the package off at USPS and they scan it, the item is out of my possession and therefore USPS’s responsibility. If your item is not revived, but states delivered, please contact your local USPS.
