INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

After purchase, I will have your item shipped using First Class USPS International within 2 business days.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND International Mail takes 1 to 2 weeks to arrive and sometimes even longer depending on your local Customs Office's policies, sometimes up to 30 business days. Please understand that these types of delays are out of my control, and does not mean that I did not ship your item quickly.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me firs, within 3 days of receiving an item, with any return/exchange questions.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, you MUST contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. Then the item MUST be shipped back to me immediately before any refunds take place. Once i receive the item, I will then send you a full refund directly to your pay pal. (this does not include the cost of shipping it back to me.)

DAMAGED ITEMS:
If an item is damaged when you receive it, you MUST contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. Then the item MUST be shipped back to me immediately before any refunds take place. LOST ITEMS:
If you have not received your item within 2 weeks from purchase date, CONTACT ME FIRST, before leaving feedback. I will be happy to give you a refund. (not including shipping) But you MUST NOTIFY ME BY 2 WEEKS OF PURCHASE DATE! After 2 weeks I will not issue any refunds.
