When will my order ship?
Due to the completely hand crafted and made to order nature of most of our products, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and handling on those purchases that include those items.
If you scroll down to the delivery time frame inside the ad, it will show your estimated delivery time.

My Package Totaling Less Than $35.00 Was Lost or Damaged
Shipping is a 3rd party purchase therefore:
If customer's purchases total comes to less than $35.00 before shipping costs and taxes are added in, because of all the fees that we must pay on both the listing, the selling, and the shipping of an item, we can not afford to ship it in one of our boxes. When customers make the decision to purchase less than $35.00 worth of products, the order will ship in a padded envelope sandwiched between cardboard. Buyer assumes all risk of damage, and the seller will not be responsible for lost or damaged padded envelope shipping.
My Package Totaling More Than $50.00 Was Lost Or Damaged
If your order totals over $50.00 and you want insurance to cover the rest of the purchase, you must contact us to set up the purchase of the Insurance. If you choose not to purchase insurance on orders totaling over $50.00 and damage occurs due to USPS negligence, then you will only be reimbursed up to $50.00 of the purchase price.
If your order meets the over $25.00 before shipping and taxes, purchase criteria, and arrives damaged, it is up to the customer to make sure that it is called to our attention immediately, so that we can file a claims process and ship a replacement. If no replacement is available, the customer will be refunded the full purchase price.
My Package Says Delivered But I Did Not Receive It
Please note **once the tracking number of the package states that it has been delivered, I am no longer responsible for the package. USPS will not allow the seller to file a claim once a package has been scanned as delivered. Once a package is scanned as delivered, the customer is responsible for contacting the post office and filing a mail theft claim**
I Gave You The Wrong Address At Checkout Package Was Returned To You
Please note **Seller can not be responsible for wrong addresses given at checkout or the customer moving and not leaving a forwarding address. In the event that the order is returned to seller, all shipping and fees accumulated for Etsy and Paypal are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee will apply to all items purchased.**
It Has Been More Than 30 Days, Can I File A USPS Claim On My Package?
*Please note **USPS will not allow a claim older than 30 days to be processed, therefore if your package is lost, you must call it to my attention immediately. Any lost package brought to my attention 25 days after shipping will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.**

No refunds or returns accepted, but here at Reneabouquets we strive to do the right thing where our customers are concerned. If there is any problem with your order arriving safely, please do the following:
1. Immediately take a photo of the issue.
2. Contact us within 24 hours with photo(s) and description of issue.
