Welcome to My Reality Studio

Welcome to my reality work shop. So I was looking for an outlet for my artistic creations. A place I could offer for sale the many things I enjoy making. Years ago in Fort Wayne, Indiana and the last few recent years in Surprise and Sun City West, Arizona I have participated in arts and crafts shows, art boutiques and craft bazaars. Having gone full circle, it only seems fitting that I turn to the Internet and open my own “shop”. Etsy is where it’s at! I have met a lot of virtual people, nice people and interesting people. I learn from everyone of them.

Since being retired, I enjoy "my" time designing and creating new ideas into useful merchandise. The local sewing club got me really inspired after I participated in the Spring Festival and the Fall Festival. Lovely ladies all of them. More education and opportunity for learning.

So now you can peek at where I hang out when I’m not socializing with 7 local grandchildren, their parents, my friends and Tom, my side kick…it’s complicated. Just ask him.

1. I accept Direct Check Out with your own credit card.
2. I accept payment by way of PayPal
Shipping
1. I ship out merchandise most of the time on the day of the purchase. Because of unforeseen circumstances, a package could ship out 2 or 3 days after the purchase date. Example: Occasionally, I have had to converse with the client when the postal address is questioned by the post office. It takes time for client conversation turn-a-rounds.

2. I ship via USPS first class and parcel post for larger, heavy items. Please send a convo to upgrade shipping before placing an order. I will repost the listing with the new shipping fee.

3. Send a conversation if you prefer insurance for your purchase. I will repost the listing to include the insurance fee.

4. If a shipping problem arises, please let me know, and I will be more than happy to assist you. Once your package has shipped,

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
1. Some of my items are marked for International shipping. Please send me a convo if the item you want is not marked for International. I am not able to quote a time frame for package delivery, so please allow customary shipping arrival times according to your country. Early Holiday shopping is recommended.
2. Customs Fees are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees or taxes charged by your country.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please convo me with any concerns you might have after receiving a purchase. We can certainly work things out so that we are both happy.
I would consider:
1. refunding the purchase price (and shipping in some circumstances).
2. offer partial refunds if the item has been altered by you in anyway compared to the original listing description and photos.
3. your suggestion for a settlement.
My goal is to have happy, returning customers in my shop.
