Custom orders/color changes are always welcome,
** Holiday Order Cutoffs **
Crochet orders only, will ship 3-5 days of purchasing (usually sooner)
Shirt orders COULD take up to 2 weeks, while we try very hard to get them out ASAP, sometimes we are at the mercy of our blanks vendors.
For First Class shipping orders to be received BEFORE Thanksgiving, I would suggest Shirt orders be sent in NO LATER then 11/6 to ensure they will be there with plenty of time
for Crochet orders by 11/16
Cut off for delivery by Christmas is 12/1/2020. USPS is expecting record setting packages to pass through their facilities. As a result delays can happen. When priority mail is used-it does not come with a guarantee of delivery times. Please place your orders as soon as possible! Anything after 12/1/2020 will be done on a best effort basis!

I will make all efforts to have it ship before the posted time, Orders will NOT be canceled for failure to read shop policies/announcements, please message me first if you have any concerns regarding turnaround time.

Ready to ship in ____ business days (Monday-Friday) means, the amount of time shown by each item will be when the item will be ready to ship, please account for shipping time as well, anywhere from 1-7 business days depending on your location.
Each item has its own specific turnaround, if you need an item sooner, please message me about our rush process. Choosing PRIORITY shipping will ONLY expedite the shipping, not the production time.
Please ensure the shipping address provided is as an address where USPS will deliver mail and packages. I can not be held responsible for packages delayed to improper address listing. Items that are returned to sender or not deliverable will NOT be refunded, it will be the purchasers responsibility to notify me of a correct address and to pay a secondary S&H fee.
