**SHIPPING ANNOUNCEMENT ** PLEASE READ! **
Any order placed before the holidays has been fulfilled and shipped. Please understand that once a package has been shipped and is no longer in our possession it is out of our hands as to how fast or slow the postal service is able to deliver your item(s) to you. We understand your frustration - we have experienced extreme delays in shipping ourselves. A recent USPS update states that you need to wait 30 days from the date your order was fulfilled - not purchased - to file a claim for a lost/missing package. We ask that you please refrain from leaving reviews on items that you haven't received - as that is a reflection of the postal service and not our business.
If you are reporting a missing package, please be kind and understanding to whomever you speak with. We understand that this past year has been frustrating, but we're all living and trying to adjust to our new normal.
Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns/exchanges on regularly priced items under the following conditions: Buyer must contact us within 5 days of delivery and ship item(s) back to us within 7 days of delivery (unless previously agreed upon). Buyer must provide a tracking number for returns so both parties have confirmation of delivery. Buyer is responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back to us, as well as return shipping.
We do NOT accept returns/exchanges on custom, personalized, or made to order items. Please check the listings to know if an item is eligible for a return.
If you should receive a wrong item please contact us immediately so we can help you.

Former Teacher Finding Love for Design/Printing
So where do I even begin......I taught high school history and coached multiple sports in NC for about ten years. I found myself very discouraged with the state of education both nationally and on a state level. I also found myself discouraged by the lack of respect for authority shown by parents and students. I decided that I would rather be happy than stuck in a menial job that I hated. I went back to school and started working on an MBA with plans to move into a business profession. About that same time, I started throwing around the idea of opening up a small business. I knew a little about screen printing and had designed shirts before and really enjoyed that. After looking into buying printing equipment, I decided to pursue that venture. I worked for a year and a half doing screen printing out of my basement, while teaching before deciding to do printing full time. Six months into that time period I was presented with the opportunity to buy an established embroidery business and move my screen printing into the same location. I jumped at this opportunity and have been at my current location for about a month!! I look forward to working with people from all over the world.
