Adaptive straps to replace shoelaces! Touch fastening straps allow the shoe to open wide for easy on and off plus can be adjusted to control the pressure over your foot. I believe those with limited dexterity should not have to sacrifice quality, comfort or style in footwear. She wears an 11/12 little kids and the medium is the perfect size. Great quality, easy to put on & superior customer service. Every question I had was answered. Thank you for making this product
