What details are needed for my reading?
Please share your first name and the main question or topic you would like clarity on. For love or relationship readings, you can also include the other person’s first name. Birth dates are optional — only include them if you feel comfortable. A short and clear message is enough; you do not need to write a long explanation unless you want to.
What will I receive and when?
You will receive a personal written reading delivered through Etsy Messages. During working hours, many readings are completed within the same hour, depending on the option you choose and the current number of orders. If you place your order outside working hours, it will be prepared as soon as I am available again.
Custom and personalized orders
All readings are digital and sent directly to your Etsy Messages. Depending on the option you select, your reading will arrive either as a written message or as a PDF. I aim to deliver most orders within 1 to 3 hours, and often much faster when possible.

No physical product will be shipped. Your reading is delivered digitally through Etsy Messages as a written message or PDF, depending on the listing. If Etsy asks for a shipping address during checkout, you can ignore it — your order will still be sent online.
Are my details private?
Yes. Your message, question, and any personal information you share are handled with care and complete privacy. Everything is used only to prepare your reading and is delivered directly through Etsy Messages.
