*If the shape you want isn't on the shop, it might be sold out, but I will be renewing my molds randomly every few days, as I pour and make them. Some of my old shapes from years prior are only available upon request.

*I receive a very high amount of custom request messages and I sometimes miss other messages. If I haven't replied for 1-2 days, please send me another message. 💕
*I make these molds by hand and spend a lot of time making sure they are high quality and perfect.
I have been making mold for just over 3 years now and have worked very diligently with my dear partner Bradley to perfect our craft. These molds will create beautiful unique shapes many many times without losing their shape or warping.
*Due to the handmade nature of my silicone molds, there is the possibility for very very minor defects in the surface finish on some molds. All molds are checked for significant imperfections before shipment, but if you have any quality issues or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me! I am very picky with the molds I send out and inspect them under bright lights to make sure they're as pretty and perfect as I can possibly make it before sending them to you.

Custom and personalized orders
I do not make custom molds. I'm sorry!
How do I clean my molds without scratching them?
Clean your molds by gently rinsing them under running water only with your finger tips, be careful not to scratch at the surface with your fingernails. you can use soap but avoid using alcohol as this will degrade the shine over time.
How long will it take to receive my molds?
It varies from each shape but it will take me anywhere from 3 to 5 BUSINESS days to complete your order. Due to the high volume of orders and the time it takes me to handmake each mold and inspect for flaws and re-pour new ones if I get flawed ones.
I pride myself in sending out only the very best molds I possibly can and don't take shortcuts so, while it is a little bit of a wait for my molds, I promise you will love it.
Do you sell the resin pieces I see on Instagram?
I do! I don't list many of the resin pieces I make, but I do sell any of the pieces you have seen on my Instagram @resinqueenshop
Just send me a message and ask if a piece is still available. I can try to recreate past styles that have sold.
Can I sell the pieces I make with your molds?
Yes! I absolutely encourage you to sell the pieces you make from my molds. The only thing I am not ok with is you remolding my shapes and selling the mold as your own. I have spent a ton of money time and resources making these molds and it's not fair to me or my business if you make my shapes, I've worked so hard creating, into your own molds and sell them. Thank you for understanding!
