You never contacted us, so we were unaware there was an issue. Checking our records we see you ordered from Hong Kong back in October... Tracking shows your item went first to the Czech Republic, then to Germany, then to the Netherlands, and arrived in Hong Kong on the 29th of October. Went out for delivery on the 31st of October, but the item had an incorrect address and was supposedly sent back to us, however the item was last shown to be in the Netherlands on Nov 4, where the trail has gone cold (no other tracking info after that). We are unable to respond or make good on anything we do not know about, so you leaving a negative review without ever contacting us is disingenuous. We will happily replace if you contact us and can provide a location within the United States that we can ship it to...
