Commercial Use

Please note that use of ResourceMart designs for selling of printed transfers of any kind is not permitted. Orders placed by businesses that produce or sell printed transfers (including UV DTF, vinyl, or sublimation transfers) may be canceled at the seller’s discretion, even if the buyer claims personal or finished-product use.
By purchasing and downloading any ResourceMart design, you agree to abide by the terms of use.
Refunds & cancellations
Refunds can be issued under the following circumstances:
1. If you have not downloaded your files
2. If you accidentally purchased the same item twice from the same account
Refunds cannot be issued if you have already downloaded your files, or if you have requested them to be emailed to you.

Custom and personalized orders
Unfortunately, custom orders can't be accommodated due to time constraints, but if there is something specific you'd like to see in the inventory eventually, please let me know! While it may not be fulfilled right away, I'll certainly add it to the list for consideration down the road.
Minor adjustments to existing designs are possible, within reason.
If you need color changes, resizing, or personalization please send a message before purchase. If you need multiple personalized files, each with a different name, you will need to re-purchase the design for each name or send a message to arrange a custom listing with the total price. A discount can be added for 3 or more personalized files.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders may be canceled for a variety of reasons. Most cancellations are done by Etsy due issues which we as sellers have no control over. On very rare occasions, ResourceMart may cancel an order. Reasons can include but are not limited to prior terms of use or copyright infringements, abuse, or fraud prevention purposes.
