All items are made from natural maple wood or acrylic. While they do have a seal on them, it is highly recommended that any items placed outside are brought in during inclement weather to preserve it's life span. Areas with humidity, are subjected to moisture in the area which can produce residue on wood signs.

If you get residue on them, you may lightly sand and reseal with outdoor clear sealer. It is recommended to reapply a sealer every few months to preserve it's life span.

Please note that the sizes are accurately described in my listings. Make sure to read the entire listing prior to purchasing. If you have any specific questions regarding sizes please send me a message.

Please note that there may be some imperfections on signs. All signs are handmade, there may be knots, dents, and holes. I make no attempt to cover these up as it makes each sign unique. We do not issue full refunds if you are unhappy with the appearance of the sign. If you do not like handmade/natural imperfections of your order, you will be responsible for covering shipping your order back to me and will be refunded minus the initial shipping cost.

Mari Creates Co is not responsible for shipping delays at the fault of USPS. If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 48hrs to file a claim as well as a picture of the damage and all packaging for claim purposes. If your item(s) have not arrived or moved with tracking please contact USPS before contacting our shop as they will be be more helpful with tracking your order. Once it leaves our shop we are no longer in control unless lost or damaged.

If you enter the incorrect address and your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and you will need to repurchase your order. If it is returned to me, you can repay shipping or get a refund minus shipping.

Unfortunately, once your order has been accepted by USPS, we are no longer responsible unless it is damaged or lost (not marked delivered) in the mail. Once your order has been marked delivered, we do not provide refunds or replacements as USPS is responsible for delivering your order. You will need to get in contact with USPS regarding getting GPS locations of where your package was delivered.

If you enter the wrong shipping address and your order has NOT shipped, send us a message. We will need to cancel your order and you can re-order it with the correct shipping address.

If your order HAS shipped already, unfortunately it is out of our hands and you will need to repurchase the order. Unfortunately, unless we receive the sign back, we cannot refund. If we do receive it back, your order will be refunde minus shipping fees.

While it's not shown on our website, we do offer wholesale on select items. We require a minimum of 20 items to qualify for wholesale. Wholesale pricing will be based off the items and quantity ordered. Interested in having us in your shop? Send us a message, we'd love to work with you.

Our processing time varies based on our schedule and current orders placed. It can take anywhere from 3 business days to 2 weeks to ship your item.

I am a one-woman show who is a mom and wife first. I do try my hardest to get orders shipped before their scheduled ship date, however life happens sometimes and we may take the entire processing time. We appreciate your patience and understanding when this happens.

If you need your order by a certain date, don't hesitate to reach out. A rush fee will apply if your order isn't at near the top of the list and not already in production.
