seller shipped super fast for me. I request somewhat clean and it was perfect!! It was a gift for a friend that has primitive items in her house and this right in. It was better than I expected! Thank you

Cyn Marie was an absolute pleasure to work with! I requested a special type comic on the mannequin head as a Valentine's gift for someone special, and she went above and beyond expectations. Not only did she create a very unique work of art, she included a gift bag of little treasures as a special surprise. She even wrapped the mannequin in red cellophane and had it delivered 3 days early! Her creativity and thoughtfulness made Valentine's Day very special this year. Thanks Cyn Marie! :-)

I love these hands. They were exactly what I was looking for. The seller is caring and thoughtful. Great communication and product came wrapped excellent with no damage and a little vintage surprise. I would highly recommend. She is definitely the most reasonable in price for these hands. Thank you!
Retro Chalet & Got Beef ? ® Salvaged Antiques & Collectibles
Retro Chalet is a little seasonal boutique full of an eclectic mix of the treasures I find in my travels. Traveling all over, dumpster diving and thrifting I find the coolest things. Guys can shop here too - Ex wife of a BBQ Pitmaster, we own several trademarks and I use approved manufacturers to help us design our goods. I get to travel and explore more than most which leads me to old farms and abandoned factories. I'm also an assemblage artist and I love using old things and giving them new life. So you'll find the rescued, re-purposed, some of my original assemblage art, and guy goods including #BFD ® and Got Beef? ® .
In my travels I often land to tiny thrift shops and roadside fleas in podunk small towns where treasures are waiting to be had. Myself, I collect 1950s melmac and run a website dedicated to old plastics, http://www.MelmacCentral.com . Artist portfolio here: http://www.IraMency.com

Accepted payment methods
- Accepts Etsy gift cards
- Money Order
EXPEDITED: Sorry, due to work travel issues I can't overnight anything. I ship at least once per week.
For glove molds, heavy melmac, and large items I will need a physical address--not a PO BOX as UPS won't deliver there.
Please note: If your Paypal address is different than your Etsy, your order may be delayed until I verify which one is accurate.
CANADA ISSUES: I no longer ship glove molds to Montreal, Canada due to breakage and problems at that UPS hub. If you live in Montreal, Canada, then you must provide alternate shipping address for me to ship to.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note you will be responsible for any import, customs, or duties taxes accessed by your government on incoming parcels. Failure to pay results in the package being abandoned in your country and I can't be responsible for that. These fees include duties, taxes, and other fees as your country may impose in addition to payment to me.
POSTAGE: I do ship internationally and to date, no problems but I must warn you it's expensive. Since the US has done away with "surface" mail which was the least expensive options, your package must go FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL (under 4 lbs, not traceable) or PRIORITY MAIL (very expensive, but traceable).
*CANADA / UPS UPS is now offering a wider shipping range, if you do not see the item offered to Canada please convo me and I can check rates.
Refunds and Exchanges
DAMAGE: High dollar items shipped UPS with applicable insurance. I pack like Fort Knox. If you are purchasing an item under $50 and desire insurance, please CONVO me.
LOSSES: I ship most items via Paypal where you can track the package. I use delivery confirmation and once that item is delivered, I've done my job. Please keep an eye on the tracking and address immediate issues to your mail carrier. I can't be responsible for items lost or stolen because you had it delivered to your work, or left on your porch for weeks.
