Shipping and delivery times
Everything is made to order and ships within 1 to 5 business days. The delivery date at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee, since carrier timing is out of my hands. Order with some buffer if it's for a specific date.
Returns and exchanges
Everything is made to order, so I generally can't take returns or exchanges. If something arrives wrong or damaged, just message me and I'll make it right.
Gift wrapping and messages
Happy to include a gift message, just add it in the gift message box at checkout. No gift wrapping, but nothing in the package shows pricing, so it's safe to ship straight to the recipient.
