Are the patches sewn on or applied with an adhesive?
Most patches already have standard adhesive and will only require a little of our secret heavy-duty industrial adhesive applied to the back of the patch; however, some vintage patches will need to be sewn on. We feel like this process leaves a more aesthetically pleasing hat without any wrinkling, pinching & spot on alignment. We back this process 100%
How will my order be packaged?
All hats (up to 4 per standard box) will be shipped in a thick corrugated box with packing paper so that your custom hat(s) will not be damaged in transit. Larger orders will be shipped in larger boxes filled with packing paper.
What size are most hats?
Most of our hats can accommodate up to 7-1/2 head size; however we have many that fit up to size 7-5/8 and a few up to size 8. Please read the item information for sizing of individual items or feel free to ask
Can I return or exchange if I do not like the hat?
All sales are final, as each hat is made to order. We try to go above and beyond to add details & pics to ensure that the hat will fit/look great, so please ask questions!
If an exchange is approved, buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways plus $10 service fee for the time that it takes to make a new hat, box it up & ship again. Time is very valuable to us and we provide every detail we can about these hats, as well as the ability to field questions prior to purchase. Please understand, as we are just a small mom/pop shop, not Amazon.
