Can I customize the finish, cord color or cord length?
Yes! We offer custom cord lengths, and many models also come in different finish and cord colors.
Corded wall lights normally include a 2 m or 6 ft cord, as specified in the listing. Pendant lights include a 1 m or 2 m cord, depending on the model.
Please message us before ordering with your preferred options. We’ll confirm availability and any changes to the price or processing time.
Is the light plug-in or hardwired? Can I install it myself?
We offer both types. Please check the listing for the connection included. Plug-in lights connect to a wall outlet and require mounting.
You may install a hardwired light yourself where local rules allow, provided you have the necessary electrical knowledge and follow the supplied instructions. Switch off power at the circuit breaker and verify that the circuit is de-energized before starting. If you’re unsure, use a qualified electrician.
Will the light work in my country, and are bulbs included?
Yes! Our fixtures work with mains voltages worldwide when fitted with a suitable bulb. Bulbs are not included with any of our lights.
Buy bulbs locally, matching your mains voltage, the socket type, maximum wattage and bulb dimensions specified in the listing.
For plug-in models, we supply the plug type specified for your destination. If your country or plug type isn’t listed, please contact us before ordering.
Can I use your lights with a dimmer?
Our lights do not include dimmers. Dimming depends on using a compatible dimmable bulb and dimmer together.
For hardwired models, choose a bulb compatible with your wall dimmer. For plug-in models, a compatible smart bulb can offer brightness control without changing the wiring. Check that the bulb fits the fixture and follow its manufacturer’s instructions.
Where do you ship from, and when will my order arrive?
We ship from Kyiv, Ukraine, with tracking. Check Etsy’s estimated arrival window for your delivery address.
Order preparation and shipping take separate amounts of time. Custom requests may affect preparation time. If you need your light for a particular date, contact us before ordering. Arrival dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! Please contact us through Etsy within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
If your item arrives damaged or your order is lost in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For damaged items, please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Will I need to pay import duties or customs fees?
United States: We cover all import duties and customs fees. You won’t have to pay any additional import charges when your order arrives.
Other countries: Import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply under your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
