Will my order be mailed to me?
No, all items in my shop are exclusively DIGITAL FILES for you to download and use with your specific cutting machine.
NO physical products will be mailed/shipped to you.
Where’s the file download I purchased?
You will find the link to download your order here. www.etsy.com/your/purchases *Please note Etsy's mobile app doesn't have a link to download, you'll need to access it through a browser.
Are your files compatible with my software?
Each design purchase includes an SVG, PNG, AI, DXF, and PDF file format of the design. These file formats are the standards for most design software.
***PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE REQUIRED SOFTWARE AND KNOWLEDGE TO USE THESE FILES AND THEY WORK WITH YOUR SPECIFIC PROGRAM/MACHINE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE.
Do you do custom designs?
I do not do custom design requests at this time. If you would like a modified version of an existing design, please contact me for a quote.
Do I need an Etsy Account to make a Purchase?
No, however it makes it easier to find your order later. If you purchase as a guest you'll find a link to download your order in the receipt email that will be sent to you. *Check your Spam folder if you’re having trouble locating it.
Can I sell what I make with your designs?
Yes, you may sell any PHYSICAL ITEMS created with my designs in your small business. If you’re looking to sell more than 500 items please purchase an extended license.
***You may NOT share, gift, resell, modify, or distribute any DIGITAL designs in-part or in-whole in any way, under any circumstance.
Cancellations & Exchanges
Once files have been DOWNLOADED I am unable to Cancel or Exchange your order. Downloaded means you now have the files in your possession and the sale is final. Exchanges are only honored if the error was on my part. Thanks for your understanding.
Why don't I have a link to download my purchase?
Are you using your phone to access your file? The link is NOT available through the Etsy mobile app. Please check your order page using a browser. The link should be available to you there.
