Are your retro gaming products compatible with game systems?
Our retro gaming products are 100% fully compatible with gaming systems. We test all of our products before shipment. If you have any other questions regarding compatibility, DM us.
Are your products sanitized before shipment?
With every product we make, we wear proper PPE including gloves and masks. We ensure proper sanitation before shipment.
Are your products free from any flaws, dings, or dents?
Our products ship new and go through a thorough 15-point-inspection. If any products fail the majority of our inspection we do not ship the item. We care about every little detail including the correct sticker placement and fonts. We pride ourselves on having tremendous quality control. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, mistakes can be made. We can assure you that our products will have a thorough inspection before shipment.
Do you provide shipment wordwide?
At this time, we only allow purchases made within the United States. In the near future, we will be open to shipment worldwide.
What happens if I need to return an item that is defective?
Although are products are individually tested and undergo a through 15-point-inspection, due to the handmade nature of our products, mistakes can be made. All our products have a 30-day-warranty. If you believe your product is defective please DM us right away. Do not attempt to deconstruct or open the product in anyway as this will void the warranty. For game systems such as the N64, approved adapters to your television and the N64 Expansion Pak is required to experience trouble-free gameplay. For more information DM us.
Can I customize an order?
Of course! If you would like to mix and match products that are not already offered as a bundle, DM us. As an added benefit, you will receive up to 30% off.
What should I use to connect my N64 to my HDTV?
We recommend that you buy an approved adapter listed below to experience trouble-free gameplay. The list below is from cheapest to most expensive from our current research.
-Your old CRT television ($0-?)
-Hyperkin 3-In-1 HDTV Cable for GameCube/ N64/ Super NES ($30-$50)
-Rad2X ($70-$100)
-EON Super 64($150-$200)
-Retrotink 2x/mini/pro ($80-$300)
Please note that our 30-day-warranty is not applicable for problems with gameplay associated with a cheap upscaler. We test all our games with a EON Super 64 and Hyperkin adapter before shipment. For more information DM us.
