5 out of 5 starsMaybe the seller didn’t know what I found out when I got this insulator today 7/14/23 , the insulator had a Major repair job on an edge ! Whoever did it was pretty good at what they did and insulator collectors will not purchase one with an obvious major repair - but I purchased this one on Etsy and couldn’t see it until it came in the mail - a chunk 3 quarters of an inch long at the main body and an arcking circle from one end of the straight line and that entire big chunk was knocked out of the insulator - then someone did a repair job with a glue of some kind and this insulator is junk ! And I am at a 50 dollar loss on this one ! In sellers description he stated that the insulator was in bad condition but it was a good thing , because it was his opinion that it was struck by lightning !! Well no way. Kenneth W Buck

No the seller did not know and is not an expert in recognizing repairs. Very sorry but I had no idea and it still is a cool piece in my opinion.
