Payment is expected on the day of purchase – I cannot ship items until payment has been received. Please understand that all unpaid orders will be cancelled after 2 days.
Shipping
**NOTE**
Shipping can take up to 30 days or more to reach certain locations. Once the package is sent out, I have little control over how long customs delays and shipping time will be. Please consider this before purchasing!

All purchases will be shipped within 2~4 business days (excluding weekends - Friday, Saturday and Sunday). I am located in Asia, so there can be up to a 14 hour time difference between us depending on where you are.
Your items will be packaged securely inside padded envelops or bubble wrapped before being shipped.

All items ship from China. International shipping in China is very expensive. In order to be more economical, we send all our packages to a well known shipping company in Shenzhen. They do bulk orders and can negotiate a better price. Please be aware that all items are first shipped from Xiamen to Shenzhen, and then from Shenzhen to your address.

Shipping Methods:
Hong Kong or China Post (regular airmail): This is the most economical option but does not come with tracking. We use this method unless the purchase is over $50 or the customer has other preferences.

Hong Kong or China Post (registered mail): This option is essentially identical to China Post (regular airmail) but it comes with tracking and is a little more expensive. This option is mandatory for purchases over $50.

Approximate shipping rates:
We ship all over the world. Rates are based on weight and package size. Regular airmail prices typically fall around $4-5 for every item (additional items add to the overall shipping rate -- with lighter items costing less and heavier items costing more).

Approximate shipping time:
Swiss, Hong Kong or China Post (regular and registered airmail) take at least 30 days to deliver packages. Occasionally, packages may be delayed by international customs. Please understand that I have no control over this.
The mail system can be overwhelmed during the holiday seasons. Please be aware that this can affect the shipping time.

NOTE (for international customers)
Please bear in mind that customs may incur fees on packages. I cannot be held responsible for international customs fees. Thank you for your understanding!

NOTE TO BRAZILIAN CUSTOMERS
Packages can take up to three months or more to get to Brazil. Please bear in mind when you make a purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let me know as soon as possible so we can work something out. I package all items securely to ensure that they arrive safely to you.

Should your item(s) arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damaged good(s) within 2 days of receiving it. I will refund the price of goods damaged during shipping.

There is very low risk of a package going missing or not getting to its destination. In the event that you do not receive your package, please send me a message and we can work out a solution.

PLEASE NOTE: If a package is lost during shipment, I can only refund the price of the goods. The price of shipping will not be refunded as the package(s) has already been mailed. Please consider this before purchasing.
