Lose a job after having a baby? Then do what you love!!
I have an MBA in accounting and I had a very good job. Unfortunately, my job didn't want to wait for me while I was on maternity leave in 2000 with my first child. So, I took that bad news and turned it into the best decision that was ever made for me. I started doing what I love to do... creating! At first, it was wedding flowers for friends and family. Then they wanted jewelry to match the flowers. So I taught myself everything I could find to learn.
Now, over 20 years later, I have been on etsy since 2008 and I have a wonderful and successful business doing what I love to do. I get to take plain metal and make it into something extraordinary! I get to melt it, solder it, hammer it, texture it, sand it, polish it... you name it, I can do it. And I keep learning new things all the time and I never want to stop growing.
I love knowing that what I create today will be cherished by women for years to come. I try to create designs that are timeless... they are just as beautiful to wear today as they will be in 25 years from now. I hope I get the opportunity to create something special for you!

Sizing details
I always try to take as accurate a picture of the pieces as possible. Please be aware that many computer monitors don't display colors as true as they really are, therefore I make every effort to explain the pieces in detail in the description (including sizes), so make sure to read and see exactly what you are ordering.
Also please keep in mind that all pictures are shown LARGER THAN ACTUAL SIZE to be able to clearly show you the details of my work. Pay close attention to the text in each listing. Read EVERYTHING! It will clearly list the size of the items you are purchasing. All pictures are taken very close up in order to give you the opportunity to get the best view possible of my designs.
Processing Times
Since there are only 24 hours in a day, and I do have other responsibilities (like being a single mom!) it will normally take me 3-5 business days to process and make each order. I try very hard to get orders out even quicker when possible. On busier times, it could take slightly longer, up to 2 weeks. If you need something right away, please convo me and I will do all I can to get it to you as quickly as possible. I do my best to get all orders out in a timely manner, but sometimes you just can't rush perfection!
I now offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $35 for domestic US delivery only. Shipping is done via USPS regular mail with tracking. Upgrading to Priority Mail in the US is available.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to let me know within an hour or two after placing the order. Depending on when you place the order, I may have already put it into the production schedule and it may be too late. Please check with me first if you have any questions about anything. Thanks!
Exchanges/Returns/Refunds
My policies state that custom and personalized items are NOT returnable unless there is a mistake on my part (wrong spelling, wrong metal type, etc) and that does happen from time to time as I am human and not a machine. But with that being said, I want all of my customers to LOVE the jewelry I create for them so please contact me with any concerns you may have (prior to leaving me bad feedback please!) and I am always more than willing to work out an acceptable solution for both sides. I love what I do and I want to make sure my customers do too!
