Can I use EKG Master on my phone?
Yes. EKG Master includes a private access link you can open on your phone and add to your Home Screen. It works on phone and computer, and runs offline after the first visit.
How do I download my files?
After Etsy confirms payment, open Your account → Purchases and reviews in a browser and select Download files beside the order. Digital downloads are not available through the Etsy app.
Does EKG Master work offline?
Yes. On a computer, download and unzip the included file, then open EKG Master in a modern browser. On a compatible phone or tablet, use the included private setup link. After setup, it works offline.
Are updates included?
EKG Master includes the update access described in its listing. For other products, the listing shows the exact files and update terms included with that purchase.
