The tags are of excellent quality and definitely look like the real deal (I bet I could fit in with the Sulaco unit without suspicion!). The seller (Gef) went out of his way in helping me get my marine enlistee number, and delivery was swift and smooth. Cannot ask for a better transaction experience!

The quality of this item is simply awesome. If you're looking for USCM tags, these are it. Highly recommended. Gef keeps great communication during the whole process and was super easy to work with. It takes a bit of time to get them, but its completely worth it.

I checked all items for damage prior to sending.

I pack ALL items into protective padded packets to ensure that there is no damage in primary postal transit - Overkill? Well, considering the horror stories that one hears about the behaviour of staff in the sorting rooms of some domestic mail services around the planet, I think it's worth it.

All shipping rates are calculated to include postage, taxes, packaging and time traveling to the post office.

N.B - In order for the mutual protection and peace of mind of both Customer and Seller, all of my items are posted by a service that can be tracked online and includes information such as delivery date and signature verification, as required per PayPal seller protection rules - NO EXCEPTIONS.

All items sent are fully insured and proof of postage is always obtained from Royal Mail.

Tracking number will be provided when parcel is dispatched.

Both of these postal services offer peace of mind, not only to you - the Buyer - but also to me - the Seller.

...In addition it is also required by PayPal.

To reiterate - I ship to PayPal confirmed addresses ONLY

Should anything go wrong, insurance is payable...in the unlikely event that the package is damaged or lost in primary postal transit.

With the simple mailing and delivery of items by domestic and international postal services becoming more and more traumatic, these are the ONLY mailing services I offer.

The speed of service and guarantee of delivery and/or compensation assured by these services, speaks for itself.

If you should encounter an issue with damage, you must keep all packaging materials for damage inspection or your claim will be denied by the carrier.

Refunds and Exchanges
In 14 years of selling both collectibles and custom produced items online, I am happy to say that as yet I not had one complaint...and any post or damage problems outside my control have always been resolved.

On the whole, my online selling experience has been a happy one, and I am lucky to have many great and supportive customers from the four corners of the globe.

I wish to continue this trend and want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your order.

However, due to a number of timewasters and n'er-do-wells, I have been forced to draw up the following policy on returns & exchanges.


Returns

All sales are final.

The Seller will only accept returns under the following conditions:

1. The item was incorrectly supplied by the Seller.

In the rare and unlikely event that the Seller mistakenly sends an incorrect item to the Buyer, upon the Buyer returning the item/s in UNUSED CONDITION in ALL original packing, and agrees to return the item promptly and ONLY* by an expedited postal service method with electronic tracking - Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (UK) or an equivalent service offered by the Buyer's country's postal service. – N.B. The Buyer understands that this return postage cost is initially entirely at their own expense.

The Seller will offer the Buyer the choice of re-sending the correct item AND reimbursement for the return postage of the incorrect item OR a full refund for the item purchased AND reimbursement for the return postage costs of the incorrect item.

2. The item was damaged in postal transit.

The Buyer must return the item/s in ALL original packing, and agrees to return the item promptly and ONLY* by an expedited postal service method with electronic tracking and / or signature taken - Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (UK) or an equivalent service offered by the Buyer's country's postal service. – N.B. The Buyer understands that this return postage cost is initially entirely at their own expense.

The Seller will offer the Buyer the choice of re-sending an identical replacement item sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (UK) or Royal Mail International Track & Sign SP or equivalent service - (Rest Of The World) at no extra cost to the Buyer (AND reimbursement of return postage costs) - OR full refund (original cost of item, postage AND reimbursement of return postage costs).

*This required expedited postal method ensures the security of the incorrect or damaged item for all parties involved, and upon the safe return delivery of the incorrect or damaged item the Seller will reimburse the return postal costs to the Buyer and will give them the option of a correct or identical replacement item sent out by Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (UK) or Royal Mail International Track & Sign SP or equivalent service - (Rest Of The World) at no extra cost to the Buyer (AND reimbursement of return postage costs) - OR full refund (original cost of item, postage AND reimbursement of return postage cost).

The return of the damaged item/s permits the Seller to launch a compensation claim against Royal Mail. If the damaged item is not returned, no claim can or will be launched by the Seller; damaged items must be presented by the Seller to Royal Mail in order to process an insurance compensation claim.

Buyer should ensure that they obtain a proof of purchase receipt for such returns from Royal Mail or the Buyer's country's postal service.

Incorrect or damaged items must be reported immediately following primary post delivery date (the actual date of delivery/ Buyer's signature date will be confirmed by the postal tracking system utilised by the Seller) and MUST be returned within 14 days of the initial report made by the Buyer; items MUST be returned by an expedited postal service method with electronic tracking - i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (UK) or an International Track & Sign offered by the postal service in the country of the Buyer.

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to return the item/s in UNUSED CONDITION in ALL original packing and by an expedited postal service method with electronic tracking - i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (UK) or an International Track & Sign offered by the postal service in the country of the Buyer.

Return packages NOT sent by an expedited postal service method with electronic tracking AND proof of purchase - i.e. Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (UK) or an International Track & Sign offered by the postal service in the country of the Buyer, are entirely the sole responsibility of the Buyer, and if the return package is lost or damaged in transit, no offer of replacement or refund will be made by the Seller, and it will be the sole responsibility of the Buyer to seek compensation via the postal service they have used.

N.B - If the Buyer returns any item/s to the Seller in damaged/poor condition without any due prior communication disclosing the alleged damage/ poor condition of the item/s, the Seller reserves the right not to offer an identical replacement or refund and the Buyer understands and acknowledges that they will have make a secondary payment for postage if they require the item/s to be returned.

N.B - The Seller is well aware of the rare but very real trend of "fancy dress renter" ** purchases for public/private events and conventions - be aware that unless the item/s purchased are incorrectly provided by the Seller or damaged in primary postal transit to the Buyer, no replacement or refund will be offered.

**Buyers that purchase items with the sole intention of wearing it to a public/private events, who following this then seek a full refund at the time and expense of the seller.
