The earrings didn't end up being what I wanted, but the service was absolutely amazing. Worked it all out in the end! :)

Payment
I am currently only accepting Paypal as a form of payment. All payments must be made within 2 days of the sale date or the purchase will be cancelled. If you are having trouble with paypal or will need slightly longer than that, please message me and we'll talk. I like to consider myself a reasonable person! You can convo me to create a reserved listing for an item you are interested in for up to 1 week.
Shipping
If you purchase any second item from my store, I will be happy to ship it for free, only paying the shipping cost for your first item. Most of my listings have a shipping amount set for locations outside of the United States, but I DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY, so if it is not listed, just convo me and I will let you know the price. Insurance is not included, so let me know if it is something you are interested in. For most transactions, your item(s) will be shipped out within 3 business days of the payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
At this time, I will not be accepting refunds or exchanges, unless the product you get is completely different than the description, which would make it an error on my part. If any product arrives broken, if you send it back to me I will be happy to fix it and send it right back to you at no cost to you. If damage occurs to a product after wearing it, I will be glad to fix it for you at any point, but you will need to pay for the shipping to send it to me, and the amount for the way back as well.

I am open to attempting any new project you may have in mind, so please convo me if you have an idea about something! In addition, please feel free to ask me for variations in color, style etc. of any of my currently listed products and/or the ones listed as 'sold' and I would love to work something out with you.
