These were wonderful and did a great job decorating the eggs that I bought them for. Make sure you know that you should not let anyone eat the eggs dyed with the silk dyes. Eye candy though for sure! Great variety in my set as well. My faves ended up being the ones with a darker color in them. Enjoy!

The idea of the silk ribbons is born out of a passion for silk and its amazing colors and patterns. We started making the ribbons ourself in our studio in Byron Bay.
Now we sell them all over the world and have trained a team to help us make them.
We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible. However there might be slight variations in actual colour versus screen/ monitor representation.

We ship from Australia by airmail within 1-2 working days.
Items posted outside of Australia take between 8-25 working days from the day of dispatch to arrive.International customs or postal services can however sometimes delay delivery of a parcel for longer. Since we are entering the busy holiday season, delays can be there.
We send our orders by Regular Airmail.
If you want tracking, Or express post,please let us know and we will send you a quote.
It is extremely rare that a parcel gets lost. However, we cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get damaged or lost in the post,if you want to be sure, please send registered.
We would like to hear from you though if your parcel did not arrive, and will do everything we can do to help you with tracking it down.
Remember that Some countries charge import tax.
We cannot be hold accountable for any duty or customs charges that may occur in your packages shipment.

Refunds and Exchanges
At Ribbons and Silk we take great care and check every item for quality before it is sent to you. It is however important to remember that our silk range is made with recycled/used silk and has unique colour variations and irregular weaves that is characteristic of natural and used fibres. It can have small spots, blemishes or pin holes.Those irregularities cannot be deemed as faulty goods. Silk fabric should always be treated with care.
Special orders or discounted products can not be returned or exchanged.
Faulty Items - 100% money back guarantee
We will reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us asap.
If we are unable at the time of return, to replace or exchange returned goods, we will reimburse you for the amount initially debited for your purchase, including packaging and postage charges. However, items have to be returned to us within 10 days within Australia and 30 days from overseas from the date we dispatched them to you. Refund/ exchange will happen once we have received the goods.
Exchanging items - 100% Exchange guarantee - less postage
If a customer purchases an item that they want to return, for whatever reason, we encourage them to contact us to arrange an exchange. Unfortunately, this will attract another postage charge for you and no refund is given for postage. However we are happy to exchange the item for you, as your satisfaction is important to us.
Contact must be made within 5 working days of receipt of your order. Exchanges will be given if the item is unused, with all the packaging and labels intact. We will not accept items that are not received within 10 days within Australia and 30 days from overseas, from the date we dispatched them to you.
A refund is given after we received the package and it is in the same condition as we send it. We cannot accept returns unless these conditions are met.
