Befor you buy please take some time to read my policies.

If you come across anything you do not agree with please contact me. I'm sure we can solve any issue.

Please keep in mind that this is a hobby for me. Of course I will handle all requests as professional as possible.

Questions? Use Etsy’s “Contact” system to send me a message. I check my emails at least twice daily and try to respond to all messages quickly.

Payment

I accept PayPal. PayPal supports purchase using your credit or debit card without an account.

Please pay within 48 hours after your purchase, If you can not make the payment within 48 hours please send me a message to tell me and I'll hold the items for you no problem. 

Otherwise the items will be re-listed and the sale will be canceled, we will notify you first before doing this.

NOTE: ONLY Customers from The Netherlands and Belgium are welcome pay trough Bank Transfer (bankoverschrijving). They can select the "Other" option when selecting payment methods. You then will be receiving a personal message from me within 24 hours confirming your order and with the payment information for bank transfer.

Shipping

I ship to the Etsy name/address. Please verify if your address is correct during checkout. I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.

Unless otherwise noted, items ship out within 3 days.
I ship International from The Netherlands (Europe). With Regular Priority shipping. The costs are shown below the item description.

We ship all items via Regular Priority shipping WITHOUT Track and Trace.

If you would like your package to be send via Registered Air Mail which is ensured and traceable. Please leave a message in 'note to seller' or contact us right after checkout. We will send you a revised invoice for the extra shipping costs.

I M P O R T A N T N O T E
Once your order is shipped, I am NOT responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. Therefore we strongly advise you to use our Registered Air Mail. 

I will also ONLY refund or resend lost packages send with Registered Air Mail.

REGISTERED AIR MAIL costs:
- Netherlands: 7 EUR
- Within Europe: 9.50 EUR 
- Everywhere else: 16 EUR

SHIPPING DURATION:
Shipping to The Netherlands normally takes 2 to 3 days.
Shipping to Europe can take up to 2 weeks.
Shipping Everywhere Else (US, Asia, Australia, etc) normally takes 1,5 to 4 weeks

! Because of security and very alert US customs. Packages from the Netherlands to US and Canada may experience some delay !

Refunds and Exchanges

Please be sure to read the entire description of the item before you buy. Although I will do my best to resolve any issues that may arise, please try to ensure that you know the dimensions, color, material, etc. of the item you are purchasing. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please contact me asap, before you leave feedback.

RETURNS:
Returns must be send within 14 days of receiving your package.

All returns must be unworn and in original condition. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are nonrefundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges . Returns sent without notice will not be accepted.

FEEDBACK: 
When you receive your order, I encourage you to leave feedback on Etsy. Why? Because your feedback tells me that you have received your items, are happy with the merchandise, and consider our transaction complete. I will always leave feedback for you after a successful transaction.

If you have any issues or if something went wrong, or you are not happy for whatever reason. Please get in contact with me first BEFORE leaving negative feedback. There is always a way to work things out. I'm a very nice and understanding person.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE EUROPE:
Please understand that when my packages are dropped off at the post office without Registered mail. There is NO way for me to track and trace. Therefore I am in no way responsible for lost packages that were send out with standard shipping. I will only refund packages whom appear lost that have been send with REGISTERED AIR MAIL.
