Kailey is the owner and lead designer of the RDC team. She works out of the California headquarters and is responsible for coming up with the designs for all of the items in our store. She is also the person you communicate with via messages.

Shop Hours
Our shop is open 24/7 for your shopping convenience. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to send us a message. We are available to answer messages during the following hours:

We strive to answer messages within 24 hours. However, we are out of the office on Saturdays, Sundays, and all major US holidays. Any messages received while we are out of the office will be answered the next business day.
Our Signs
All the lumber for our signs is locally milled, cut, sanded, and stained, so there are never 2 boards that are precisely the same. Wood grain, lumber shades, and knots are naturally occurring and a unique part of every individual base that we make and should be expected.
Due to the handmade nature of our signs, we cannot guarantee a perfectly smooth edge or perfectly clear surface. Small blemishes that are not noticeable from a normal viewing distance may exist. Minor scratches are not considered defects. Before we ship, we inspect each sign to ensure there are as few blemishes as possible. Acrylic can scratch easily, so please take care in handling it after it's received.

Can I change the design?
All our items come with the design as-shown in the listing with your personalized details, such as names, dates, and hashtags.

Do you send proofs?
In order to maintain our production schedule and keep orders shipping on time, we only provide proofs on custom-designed orders and seating charts. You can usually expect a proof within 5 business days of placing your order for these items. All other items will ship as shown in the photos with your personalization.
All custom design orders, unless otherwise specified, are limited to one round of changes. Additional proofs may delay your order shipment date so please make sure to send us a detailed idea of the design you’d like so as not to delay your order.
All proofs will need to be approved within 48 hours or it may delay shipment. If proofs are not responded to within 7 days, we will ship the item as shown in the proof.
