Can I cancel an order after I place it because I changed my mind?

No, an item cannot be cancelled once it is placed, but It can be exchanged for a different item.

Can I return an order I placed?

No, i do not accept returns. If the item is broken or damaged during shipping, the item will be replaced, I will gladly send another item for free at the same timeframe currently listed for new orders. I will gladly exchange the item for another item, but shipping will have to be paid for the item, and nominal charge for replacing your item. Items CANNOT be shipped back. I will not accept any items returned and will be discarded.

Can I return an item because it does not work?

I guarantee the item will work as intended. If you are having an issue with it working like you think it will work, please contact me for instructions to fix common problems. If the item needs to be replaced because of an issue, I will replace it free of charge for 90 days. After 90 days, I will still replace it for a significant discount and shipping charges. Contact me for the discount.

What is your warranty?

I assure that the item will work as described for 90 days from purchase, if within the 90 days it fails, cracks, breaks, or becomes unusable, contact me for a replacement. One will be sent out free of charge. If after 90 days, also contact me as I offer a significant discount for item replacement after 90 days, but shipping will have to be paid.

No plans for vacation soon. I usually print the items in 1-5 days. I usually ship the same week. If you need it sooner choose the faster shipping and put a note at checkout.
