Hello Thanks for your review a message was included in your package acknowledging the bracelet was the incorrect color and a new one would be shipped.My deepest apologies for that mistake. As far as the length it does state the length of the bracelet. I do have other listing that are for smaller infants. Thanks again for the review. ☺️
