I hope you found something that touched your heart and you just must have it, if not let me know and I can custom create a piece that will last a lifetime. I am a self taught wood worker from the hills of eastern Kentucky. I take pride in every piece I do and nothing leaves my shop without being as close to perfect as us humans can be. Life is art....
I accept checks(items will shop once check clears), paypal or you can call with credit cards. Special orders can be canceled until the item has been started with no fee, once the piece has been started the buyer is responsible for the purchase. I will keep you up to date on your piece through its process.
All items have replacement or repair included as long as all care instructions are followed. Each item varies and will be discussed at purchase. I stand behind my work and expect every item to be handed down generations.
Items will be shipped the next day payment is received and if paying by check after the bank has cleared the monies. If you have a special order shipping time will vary and will be discussed at time of purchase. I pride myself in efficiency and timeliness and will ship orders out as quickly as I can while still producing pieces with the utmost quality.
Refunds and Exchanges
Items are packaged with the utmost care to ensure items arrive non-damaged and can have insurance taken out on them if desired. Before I start on special projects I will coordinate with you the ideas and ensure we have it dialed before I start producing the piece. Special orders are non-refundable once started.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Made to order and custom pieces require 50% deposit before work starts and the remainder due when complete and before it ships. Take care
