I purchased a digital download but I can download
If you are using your phone and the Etsy app you will need to take a few extra steps. The app does not allow for downloads so you need to exit the app and go into your mobile browser such as google. Go to Etsy and sign in but don't open the app back up, stay on the browser. From there you will be able to download any digitals that you have purchased. The other option is to use your computer to download.
