Shipping Materials

I reuse wrapping and shipping materials as much as possible to save money and to save the earth.

Shipping Questions

I generally ship items within 2 days, not including weekends or holidays. I primarily ship with USPS. Fragile items ship Priority mail so that they have insurance. Once the package has been delivered to the post office, I have no control over what happens to it. I have the same tracking number and information that you have.

What Happens if My Item arrives Damaged?

Please take photos of the damaged item in the box as it was found, along with any photos of damage to the box and any additional photos you may think helpful. I will use those photos to file a refund with the shipping company and issue a refund once the claim has been confirmed.


If for any reason an order is canceled, a refund will be given minus $3.00 for a relisting fee.
