Do you accept returns?
No, unfortunately. Every item is created custom and cannot be returned. That being said, I stand behind my creations 100%. If you should receive a damaged or incorrect item, I will replace the item in question immediately.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely. Click the "Message the Seller" button on any of my listings, or begin a conversation with what you are looking for. Would be glad to help!
What is a vector file?
Vector files (.ai, .eps, or .svg) are designed with software that creates mathematical points, lines, and curves. This information is then able to be read by the equipment that will cut out your letters and signs. Bitmapped files (.jpg, .gif, .png, etc.) are composed of individual pixels which the machines cannot read.
Do you do rush orders?
Due to the custom nature of the project, we do not offer any expedited services. We pride ourselves on delivering a well crafted product and don't like to cut any corners.
