Did you know all of our raw gemstone jewelry is handmade by artists in Atlanta, GA? That means all of our jewelry is one of a kind and made just for you!
From humble beginnings, Ringcrush was started at the end of 2016 in a small garage in Atlanta by Bailey. Bailey quickly found popularity on Etsy with her designs, and slowly expanded by adding artisans to her team to help keep up with viral demand of her products. Currently Ringcrush employs 8 artists who lovingly handcraft each piece of jewelry, completely from scratch.
Running a business isn't easy. Sometimes we need to do non-creative things like crunch numbers and ship packages. That being said, we ensure all employees have a creative role in the company (and try to share the non-fun load when we can!). Everyone who works with Ringcrush makes jewelry, every single day. We believe that to be your best and to be truly passionate in a creative business, you need to know the work and process involved in making quality, handcrafted jewelry. This is why Ringcrush is 100% Artisan Made.
Thank you for supporting our creative business!

5 out of 5 starsShipping from the seller was fast. USPS made some mistakes, but that's not the sellers fault. The ring is so pretty and true to size. Very happy!

4 out of 5 starsShipping was fast and the ring I got is beautiful. I took one star off because there is a flaw in the stone at the bottom of the ring (a divet) that looks white so it takes away from the look overall but it's still pretty.

Frequently asked questions
How and where are Ringcrush pieces made?
All of our pieces are handcrafted entirely from scratch in our studio in Atlanta, Georgia. Using clever chemistry, we handcraft earthy-meets-elegant raw gemstone jewelry. We begin by sorting and selecting only the best quality raw gemstones. Genuine, uncut gemstones are set in place by electrically growing a thick layer of metal around the edges of the stone. Pieces then undergo a several step process to create either a high polish, or a carefully crafted matte or textured finish. Pieces are only finished once they are placed in our luxury gift packaging and sent to their new wearer.
What is your current processing time? How long does it take for an order to ship out? Can you rush my order?
Almost all of our items ship within 1 business day. In uncommon circumstances, a few of our items may be listed as "1-2 weeks" or "out of stock". This means we are working diligently to create more pieces to replenish inventory. Please note that as much as I would like to, most pieces cannot be rushed. Please note requests to "rush" made in the notes at checkout are often not seen until packing. Please contact us before ordering.
We also have several ETSY Wholesalers across the US and world who may carry our products in a boutique near you. Contact us for more information, you may be able to pick up our products locally or have them rush shipped from one of our ETSY retail partners.
How many rings/jewelry pieces are included with my purchase?
Although there may be several pieces of jewelry in the photograph, unless otherwise stated in the description, you are purchasing one piece of jewelry. I photograph multiple pieces for stacking and pairing inspiration.
Are all of your pieces gift wrapped?
Yes! Your order will be shipped in a luxurious Ringcrush gift box, illustrated by contemporary artist Yohey Horishita.
Bracelets are currently shipped in plain black boxes.
To keep costs low, If multiple pieces can fit in one box, I usually will place several pieces in one box. However, if you need more than one gift box with your order, please order additional boxes in our shop.
Do you make your pieces entirely with copper like other electroforming artists?
No!
Although most Etsy electroforming artists use entirely copper in their works, I take great care to use as much silver and 14k gold fill as possible as to prevent skin discoloration, and to improve the longevity of the polish and finish.
Copper will generally begin to discolor after just a few days, and even when sealed, will discolor within a few months. This is why I chose to use 14k gold fill and/or sterling silver in my chains, earring posts, and ring shanks, and why I also use a thick layer of protective gold plating over all of my works.
If you do experience discoloration, you may have received a defective piece, or may have a rare sensitivity to gold. Contact us as both of these scenarios are covered under our warranty.
What size should I order? Do you do half sizes? What if my size is not listed, can I order a custom ring?
Size 5-7 will fit most petite women.
Size 7-9 will fit most average women.
Please add 1 whole size to your normal size for the 7mm or 14mm ring bands. They constrict more of your skin and require more space for comfort.
While we only make whole sizes, we find that most customers can comfortably fit one of the sizes available. We recommend rounding up if you are in between sizes.
We currently offer whole sizes 5-9 on all pieces, and are working on adding size 10 to our inventory as well! Select styles are now available in size 10. We can not make custom sizes at this time, but shoot us a message just in case we have any left from previous stock.
Send us a message if you are unsure of your size, we are happy to help!
Will this piece turn my skin green? Will the piece discolor or tarnish? Can I wear the piece in water, while bathing, etc?
In most cases, no.
Finger discoloration can occur from a couple different scenarios. Certain metals can turn fingers a dark color in some wearers depending on the sensitivity of the skin. Most commonly if a wearer does experience discoloration, it is caused by the copper after several weeks/months of heavy wear. The discoloration is harmless and can be removed with soap and water. Further issues can be prevented by avoiding getting the ring wet, and/or coating the small area behind the gemstone with clear nail polish.
Discoloration of the piece itself is rare, and will likely not occur if the instructions on the provided care card are followed. We recommend keeping the pieces as dry as possible, and removing before bathing, swimming, etc.
Can I make a special request?
To keep costs low and to ensure timely delivery of product during this busy holiday season, special requests made at checkout will be accepted depending on availability. This includes special requests on gemstone size, color, shapes, and textures. If the special request is not available, you will receive a product that falls within the product description above.
Due to the unique nature and unpredictability of our one-of-a-kind products, specific style requests may be impossible to make or even recreate.
Oops, I ordered the wrong size! Can I exchange my ring?
If you need a different size or want to exchange for a different metal color or item, please contact us for return instructions. The original item can be returned for a refund and a new order placed for the size or item that you need. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued. For inventory and order queue purposes we are unable to accommodate exchanges. Our shop is happy to answer any sizing questions, just send us a message!
Can I return or exchange my item?
In most cases, yes. Please send me a message and we can initiate the return process. Our shop accepts returns up to 100 days after receiving. Please contact us for return instructions.
Exchanges are not possible at this time. Instead, you can return the unwanted item and order a new replacement separately.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund international shipping charges.
