Frequently asked questions
When Will My Items Ship?
I will send ready-to-ship items within 1-3 days of payment receipt. If you have a custom order, the shipping time frame may be different so I will communicate with you to let you know when your item will be sent.
IMPORTANT: Please contact me if you have any questions regarding large quantity orders requiring an upgrade to the size of the shipping box as additional charges may apply.
(Domestic) How Will My Items Be Shipped?
Domestic purchases are shipped via USPS Priority Flat Rate shipping with free Delivery Confirmation and Insurance.
(International) How Will My Items Be Shipped?
All International orders are sent via USPS First Class International Mail. Allow 2 to 6 weeks for package arrival, while in some areas, this may take even longer. Some countries prohibit the shipment of specific items so be aware of your country's list of materials that can and cannot be shipped. Once shipped I have no control over delays or confiscation at customs.
What About International Customs and Duty Fees?
International customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Will You Mark My International Parcel as a Gift?
I'm sorry, no, as it is against the law. All international orders will have full value declared on customs forms - no exceptions.
Do You Accept Refunds Or Exchanges?
More than anything I want you to be happy with your purchase. I make every effort to describe items properly and offer clear photos. Returns will be accepted within 21 days of receiving your purchase if an item is grossly misrepresented or arrives damaged.
For processing, return authorizations are required via a conversation. Should you need to return your purchase, you will receive a refund in the amount of the original purchase less the shipping. Refunds are processed through the same method as you purchased your order. Credit cards and bank debit cards have different time frames as to how long it takes for them to apply the refund to your account. Check directly with them if you have any timing concerns.
CUSTOM ORDERS: No returns.
Ring Sizing Details
Most rings can be rewired to any size from 1 to 14 at no additional charge, but please note that doing so may slightly change the appearance of the item as it's currently depicted in the photos. Any rings that can not be resized are noted as such in the product's description section.
Should your ring arrive and not be sized properly, please contact me. Most can be quickly resized whereas custom requests may take some time. The only cost to you would be for the return shipping.
Care instructions
My jewelry and accessories are created for adults as many items have small, delicate pieces not suitable for children.
Proper care and storage of any type of jewelry or accessory will help prolong life and maintain the beauty of your piece.
- Clean with a soft cloth.
- Do not wear items in water and remove them before sleeping.
- Do not spray directly with perfumes or other sprays or chemicals.
POLYMER CLAY PRODUCTS: Polymer clay is lightweight and durable but can break if not handled with care. Please do not bend these products. It can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth. Catch-all dishes are designed as decorative items and are not intended or suitable for food use.
