Eliza is known as wise woman who lives her words. She describes owning and operating Rise & Shine, Love as a way to continually listen, learn, become more at peace with life, and celebrate divine creativity in every moment. A perfect day for her is waking with the sun, opening the door for fresh air in any weather, and tending to the plants while drinking tea & recalling her dreams.

Living a peculiar yet beautiful life started for Eliza at her first memories. She grew up as an only child making bonds with Spirit, the forest, animals, and reflections of moonlight on the lake. Gratefully her parents did not stifle her deep energetic connections and psychic development; however, coming-to-age and the following years were quite difficult as she learned to navigate Earth in a society that felt ill.

She left the nest of her childhood home at a young age, and ran wildly with the prudence of the plants as she moved to several places; testing authorities, exploring the Land’s teachings, healing trauma, singing, writing, and building everlasting friendships with other enchanted & worldly souls. Becoming curiouser and curiouser.

Living in the Amazon rainforest with families of deep shamanic lineages are her most inspired experiences for the creation of Rise & Shine, Love, and her dedication to energetic medicine, life as ceremony, art, and honoring the sacredness in all.

Eliza loves a good cosmic joke, chases thrills, needs cats for survival, and has the heart & heritage of traveling gypsies. She enjoys vision quests, kombucha & kimchi, and has a lot of FUN with life’s surprises.

She studied Music, Spanish and Ethnic Studies at Cornell College and dove into Anthropology of Consciousness, Indigenous Rights, and Sustainable Development; earning a Graduate Degree from University of Denver. She had a few years in Human Resources, Non-Profits, and dismantling harmful political systems before fully dedicating her life to the service of Conscious Living.

She is a natural-born magical soul, Holistic Intuitive, and works as a Healing Facilitator of many colors and trades with over half of her life experience as a shamanic apprentice; however, officially a Certified Sound Healer, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Crystal Healer, and Watsu I Certified. She continues her studies with the School of Evolutionary Herbalism and in 1:1 Ayurvedic mentorships.
