If your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help review the tracking information and determine the next steps. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, so please double-check your shipping information before ordering.

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us and we’ll help review the available options.

All of our apparel and sock items are prepared by us in our home studio in Wisconsin using professional-grade equipment and materials.

To help keep your graphics looking their best, turn items inside out and machine wash in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low or hang dry. Do not iron directly over the design, and avoid bleach or harsh detergents.

Following these care instructions will help extend the life of your Rise & Render item.

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, all sock sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on socks.

Please review the sizing and product details carefully before placing your order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

We want you to be happy with your Rise & Render purchase and are always happy to answer any questions before you order.

Most Rise & Render items are made to order and typically ship within 5–7 business days. During busy seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Some ready-to-ship items, such as certain socks, may ship sooner—typically within 4–6 business days.
Processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it ships and does not include carrier transit time. Once shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note: Selecting Priority Mail or another expedited shipping service speeds up the carrier’s delivery time, but does not shorten our processing time.

We’re happy to help with eligible exchanges. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition to qualify for an exchange.

For hygiene and sanitary reasons, socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom or personalized items are also final sale.

If you ordered the wrong size apparel item, such as a t-shirt, please contact us to discuss an exchange for the correct size. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

We love having local customers! At this time, all Etsy orders are shipped and we do not offer local pickup or meet-ups for online orders.

Yes! Rise & Render welcomes wholesale inquiries. Select products are available for wholesale, including our small-batch tallow skincare and lifestyle goods.

Yes! I’m happy to consider custom and personalized orders. Many of my sock and apparel designs can be customized with different sayings, occupations, hobbies, sports, or gift ideas. If you have something specific in mind, send me a message before ordering and I’ll let you know what’s possible.
