Q: Can you send my order as a gift?
A: Yes we have done this many times in the past. Just contact us after your purchase to make sure we have the correct address and to be sure we do not include a receipt. We are also happy to include a personal note if you prefer

Q: How long does shipping take on a domestic order?
A: First class mail is about 4-6 business days. Excluding weekends & holidays.

Q: I live in the Salt Lake area can I come and pick-up my order?
A: Yes. But you must E-MAIL prior to your Paypal payment to ensure you are not charged for shipping.

Q: My item does not show it has been "shipped"... does that mean it has not been mailed?
A: Not necessarily. Sometimes I cannot to mark an item as "shipped" right a way.
