As with anything, metal will tarnish. This cannot be prevented but there are steps you can take to slow it down.

Do not submerge silver plated items
Do not apply perfume or products directly to the jewellery.
When not in use, keep the jewellery in a box to prevent air tarnishing.

Yup! Since I cure the headpins inside the resin, I will have to do this as a made to order piece, production time is usually a week, but I will keep you updated on this, and can communicate throughout your order process to make sure you're happy with your product.

Simply put, resin doesn't require that much aftercare. I find the best way to clean a piece is with a very mild soap and water. You can use a polish if you desire.

I have two methods for shipping, standard and tracked (these are for both domestic and international)
If you order an item and have paid standard, I will not be able to track your parcel and therefore there is not much I can do. I strongly encourage tracked.

If you do pay standard, and you haven't got your item(s) I would advise you to check in your local depot and see if it's been stuck there.

Please remember that items can be stuck in customs for a long time, and I do not have any control over this.

If your item gets returned back to me, I am more than happy to resend to you.
