Accepted payment methods
I currently accept credit cards via Paypal: no need to have a PayPal account - you can pay using your credit card. Upon checkout please choose PayPal as your payment method. After your order has been submitted click the "Pay Now" buton and you'll have the option to pay with your credit card.
2.ORDERING AND PRODUCTION TIME FRAME
If you have a special request, please contact me, we can discuss all the fine details and get an order created for you!
In this case I need 2-3 extra days to process/make your order, my 7-10 days lead time is an approx. time frame.
UPON CHECKOUT, please make sure that you write in the "note from buyer" the personalization (names, date etc) that you want me to add to your item. If you forgot to note the personalized information and do not realize it immediately after purchase and send me a convo, I will send you a message asking for the information. If I don't receive an answer I will ship the item in time, with no persosonalization. So, please check back after you place an order to see if everything is ok with it on my side:) Also, please make sure that you leave the CORRECT address with me.
Orders are normally ready to ship in 7-10 BUSINESS days (more or less), after purchase is made and payment has cleared. During the busy Wedding and Christmas seasons, the processing time may be longer. Please note that this is not the time frame in which you will receive your package; this is the time I need to process/make your order.
If you have an exact 'need by date' please let me know right away. I will certainly try my very best to accommodate; however, a rush order will require additional expenses such as Priority or Express mail.
I mostly ship my items First Class Mail with tracking number. Delivery takes 3-5 business days. During the Holidays, delivery takes much longer as well as the processing/making time.

IMPORTANT: I do not automatically ship with insurance. If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it please contact the company responsible for delivery immediately to file a claim. Since I am not actually delivering the order I cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. I will not reship or refund these lost, stolen, or misplaced orders unless you have purchased insurance for your package. Please order with caution; if you wish to add insurance to your order please contact me for a quote.

IMPORTANT: I have no control over your local Customs, so please allow plenty of time for delivery. In addition, International orders may incur local Custom charges which are not included in your shipping charges. I charge actual shipping fees ONLY! Refunds and Exchanges
Please read carefully the entire description of the item you are interested in; if you need additional information please contact me and I will answer ASAP. I am a friendly seller and will certainly work with each customer to try to resolve any questions or concerns. Refunds are given on a case by case basis - please keep in mind that almost each item is custom made to order and personalized which inhibits most returns or exchanges.

I apologize, but I will not offer any refunds for customers that have made purchase without reading the entire item description and my shop policies.
Please note that original shipping cost and return postage are non-refundable and will not be included in any refunds.
I make sure that each item leaves my hands in perfect condition, so that my customer can be satisfied as much as I am. Also, I try my best to photograph and describe my items as accurately as possible, so returns for reasons involving the image itself or minor discrepancies in the listing will not be accepted. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me on receipt and we'll work out together any issues that you may have.
