Custom and personalized orders
We're always open to custom, bulk, or business-related orders. We can handle large orders with an extra day or two of lead time and can print custom stickers as well! Just message me with the details and we can go from there!
Something in my package arrived damaged, help!
Please accept our apologies if your box arrives less than perfect, sometimes on the way to you packages are treated roughly. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to work on a resolution, we want to make sure you’re 100 percent satisfied with your purchase.
My item didn’t show up by the estimated delivery date, I want a refund.
We’re sorry your package didn’t arrive by the estimated delivery date, we know that’s frustrating. We expedite our orders to the carriers the business day following your order, though once we drop it off we have no control over the transit times. We want to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase and if an item is obviously lost in the mail system we will work together to get a new one to you. We cannot control what the carrier will do or how long packages will take to arrive.
How do returns work?
Thanks for asking! We accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of your order. If the return is at your request (no longer needed) we require you to ship the item(s) back to us at your expense. Once received, you will be credited the amount of your order less the original shipping charge.
Boxes can be shipped back to: Roam Homegrown, 12707 Nutty Brown Road, Building D, Austin, TX 78737.
If we made a mistake on your order (yes, it happens occasionally) expect a heartfelt apology and our best effort to make things right. Please contact us ASAP with any issues.
My package has been marked “delivered” by the carrier but I don’t have it.
Package theft has become a common occurrence these days, please make sure you’re tracking the progress of your package as it travels to you. We are not responsible for package theft or other common reasons why you can’t locate your package that was delivered (someone else in the house brought it in, it’s on the side of the house/behind a plant on the porch, etc.).
My package didn’t arrive in time, can I return it?
We ship orders the business day after they’re placed. Once the carrier picks up the box from us we have no control over how long it takes to arrive. Therefore, we do not guarantee delivery dates.
We do not process refunds for packages that do not arrive “in time”. Unopened packages may be returned for a refund (minus our initial shipping cost) if you decide you no longer want the box.
I can’t find my package but it says it’s been delivered. Help!
We’re really sorry to hear that you haven’t seen your package yet. We’re committed to our customers to make sure you have a five-star experience with us.
In our experience when USPS confirms delivery the package is somewhere nearby. We know it’s frustrating but one of the first steps in making this right is trying to track it down. Please try the following before we work on an alternative solution:
* Know what you’re looking for. The package is in a white mailer or brown corrugated cardboard box with a white address label.
* Check the address. Please confirm that this is the address (including apartment/unit number) the package was intended to be delivered to.
* Take a look around the property. Sometimes packages are “hidden” by USPS.
My package is being held at a post office/has not arrived. Can you call the post office for me?
We do not contact the post office regarding packages being held or delayed. Thanks.
