On top of that, this seller is top-notch with craftsmanship and customer service. I ordered one and did not find it translucent enough to my liking. Robert Bank was kind and understanding. He allowed me to return the original one and made me three clusters to choose from and sent me the one I liked most. Just received the new one and I couldn't be more happy!
