Pretty much everything you may want to know is here, but if your question is not answered, please don't hesitate to contact me.
I am pleased to accept payment via Credit Card and PayPal. If you pay with eCheck via PayPal, your order will ship when your payment is cleared.
► U S A *** S H I P P I N G
I use USPS First Class for shipping; estimate 2-5 days shipping time (Hawaii and Alaska may take longer). I will do my part to ship the item(s) promptly, but can make no promises concerning the performance of the postal service. If you would like to add insurance to your package, you can request insurance through the notes section when completing your purchase. I will send you an invoice for the insurance through PayPal. If you would like expedited shipping or a priority mail upgrade, please contact me and I will send you an invoice through PayPal. Custom orders are shipped with insurance.
I ship to the confirmed address on file. Please make sure all information is current.
Most orders are shipped within 7 days after purchase.
Larger prints are shipped within 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. I will send a note when your order is placed to let you know when you should expect your order to ship, and another note when it's on its' way to you.
Prints up to16x20 are placed inside a clear, waterproof sleeve and secured against sturdy backing board and shipped to you in a stiff flat mailer.
To avoid bent corners during shipping, prints larger than 16x20 are gently rolled and placed inside a tube mailer.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Parcel. Delivery times can vary depending on your location. International shipments are subject to your country's customs and duty (buyer is responsible). Robin Barrett Photography is not responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees.
► LOST PACKAGES
If you do not receive your order, please first check the tracking number (if available) to determine if it is in-transit. I will ask you to wait at least 4 weeks before I replace your print. It has been my experience that the majority of "lost" packages do eventually find their way to you. For International orders, check your post office to ensure your package isn't being held in Customs. Otherwise, please contact me so we can research the issue.
**Note, if you order a Large print (anything larger than 11x14) and do not get insurance, I can not offer a replacement or refund for your order. Please consider insuring your prints!**
Please note: All shipping fees in our shop include a small fee to help cover the shipping supplies for your order.
► When you purchase any of my digital products listed as INSTANT DOWNLOAD you will receive an email with the download link within a few minutes of payment confirmation sent to your ETSY EMAIL address (check your SPAM folder). This product is a digital download – no physical product will be sent. Your files are compressed in a ZIP folder. You will need to unzip the folder once you've downloaded it to your computer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase from Robin Barrett Photography, please let me know and I will make it right with a refund or exchange.
If you receive your order in damaged condition, please send me a photograph of the damage and I will be happy to replace it.
If you change your mind and choose to return a print 8x10 or smaller, I am happy to refund your purchase price minus the shipping charge and a 15% restocking fee.
Returns are not accepted on prints 11x14 or larger or Personalized/Custom Orders, so please make sure the print will fit your decor before ordering.
All items must be returned within 7 business days in its original condition.
► DIGITAL ORDERS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Due to the digital nature of my products, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Refunds are not offered even if you discover that you do not have the appropriate software and/or experience to work with the templates.

► WHAT IS YOUR COPYRIGHT POLICY ON PRINTED ITEMS?
A: Purchases of printed items are solely intended for personal use. Copyright is not transferable with your purchase and no reproductions may be made. All photographs and designs are copyrighted by Robin Barrett Photography.
► WHAT IS YOUR COPYRIGHT POLICY ON DIGITAL TEMPLATES?
A: When you purchase a template from me you are purchasing a LIMITED LICENSE to use each design to insert your own images or artwork to create rebranded FINISHED PRODUCTS (calendars) for resale in your online shops and business websites. Photographers and artists may also choose to use the template for their personal images and give finished products as gifts to clients, friends and/or family. You may also post flattened finished designs at screen resolution (72ppi) on your blog, website or social media for your own promotional purposes as examples of your completed products.
To use the designs in ways not authorized by me constitutes copyright infringement. All templates and designs are copyright protected by Robin Barrett Photography and may only be used as outlined. © 2013 Robin Barrett
► MAY I SHARE OR SELL YOUR TEMPLATES WITH OTHER PHOTOGRAPHERS, FRIENDS OR ANYONE ELSE?
A: No, you may not share or sell the templates. Reselling, redistributing or sharing these templates in whole or part for any reason is strictly PROHIBITED. Only you, or those employed by you, may use the templates for your photography and art business or for your personal use.
► WHAT IF I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY DIGITAL FILE(S)?
A: If you have not received an email with download information within the proper time period, please check your bulk/spam folder or email me so I may assist you.
► WHICH SOFTWARE PROGRAM DID YOU USE TO CREATE YOUR DIGITAL TEMPLATES?
A: I used Photoshop CS6 to create my templates. My templates are compatible with previous versions of Photoshop (CS3 and higher) and Photoshop Elements (8 and higher). You must own one of these software programs to use my templates and you must know how to use your software, especially layers, to work with my templates.
► ARE YOUR DIGITAL TEMPLATES COMPATIBLE WITH PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS?
A: Yes, my templates are compatible with Adobe Photoshop CS3 and higher as well as Photoshop Elements 8 and higher. My instructions are written for Photoshop CS versions (CS3, CS4, CS5, CS6). Be sure you know how to use your software, especially layers, before purchasing my products.
► DO I NEED TO PURCHASE FONTS TO USE YOUR DIGITAL TEMPLATES?
A: No. All my templates are designed using free fonts downloadable on the web. I provide links to the downloadable fonts in the PDF instructions I include in the zipped folder with the templates. Since my templates are layered and editable you are welcome to change the fonts to anything you like. Due to copyright and licensing restrictions I cannot supply fonts in your file package.
► WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO STORE MY DIGITAL TEMPLATES?
A: I highly recommend that you save your templates to two locations such as an online storage location like DROPBOX or burn them to a CD/DVD.
► MY HARD DRIVE CRASHED AND I DON'T HAVE A BACKUP OF THE DIGITAL TEMPLATES I ORDERED FROM YOU. CAN I GET MY TEMPLATES AGAIN?
A: In order for me to resend your templates to you, please email me through the contact form in my Etsy shop with your invoice number(s) and/or order date(s) and I will do my best to resend your templates to you. Templates that have been discontinued, redesigned, or updated may no longer be available. Please allow up to 48 hours for your templates to be resent after the above information has been provided to us.
► WHERE DO I PRINT MY REDESIGNED PRODUCTS USING YOUR DIGITAL TEMPLATES?
A: My templates are designed to work with most professional vendors' specifications, though you may need to alter the size of a template to print at the vendor/lab of your choice. It is your responsibility to check your files before you print as well as check with your lab/vendor for their specific sizing requirements. I am not responsible for printing errors.
► WHAT IF I DISCOVER THAT YOU'VE MADE AN ERROR IN YOUR DIGITAL TEMPLATES?
A: Please alert me to any errors you encounter. I do my very best to check for any kind of errors, such as design, spelling, grammatical errors, and the like. However, I ask that you check your template very carefully before sending it to your printer.
► DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS IF I ORDER MULTIPLE PRINTS?
A: Yes. Please contact me and I'm happy to put together a custom set for you.
► MAY I ORDER LARGER PRINTS?
A: Yes! Most images can be ordered in larger sizes. There are a few images that may not crop to the size you're requesting and if that's the case I will let you know. If you don't see the size you'd like, just contact me.
► IS MY PRINT MATTED or FRAMED?
A: No. All prints are shipped to you un-matted and un-framed.
► MAY WE FEATURE YOUR SHOP ON OUR BLOG?
A: Absolutely! I'd love to see my photography featured, so please email me a link so I can promote you too!
► DO YOU ACCEPT BULK AND WHOLESALE ORDERS?
A: Absolutely! Please contact me for more information.
