Hi, thanks for visiting Robin's Nest Jewelry USA where everything is handcrafted in my art studio here in Michigan. Where I strive to create beautiful high-quality hand crafted pieces for my customers to enjoy.

Each item is handcrafted in a SMOKE FREE environment. Some designs may have slight variations due to the fact that they are unique and one of a kind.

Payment is due upon purchase. I accept Direct Checkout (PayPal coming in November). Items will be shipped once payment is received. Custom orders will begin to be crafted once payment is received.

***Do to the holidays Robin's Nest Jewelry USA will NOT be shipping out any orders received between December 18th 2016 to January 3rd 2017- - Any orders received during this time frame will be mailed starting January 4th 2017. Shop rules after January 4th 2017
I ship within 1-3 business days USPS uninsured for items under $100. Any orders $100 and over are sent insured. I do try my best to ship as quickly as possible.

Please allow 3 business days from purchase date for processing and packaging (unless otherwise noted in the specific item listing or through Etsy Convo). Shipping for custom and bulk orders will depend on the agreement between buyer and seller through email or Etsy. Please communicate with me if you have specific deadlines to meet. Shipping may be adjusted accordingly.

Tracking numbers may not always be provided. However, I will always communicate with the buyer when the item has been shipped so that the customer knows their purchase is on the way.

On purchases over $100 a USPS insurance fee will be charged to protect your investment.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are generally not accepted. Please communicate with me directly if you feel an error has been made with your order. I will be happy to work with you to solve any issues.

I am not responsible if an item is stolen from a mailbox or porch, or if it is 'lost' in the mail. I will be happy to provide you with shipping information and contact the post office to ensure that the item was sent appropriately. I am also willing to work with you to find a way to replace the item at a discounted cost.
