We work almost exclusively with trusted suppliers with whom we’ve built long-term relationships over many years. These partnerships are based on mutual trust, and we are confident that our suppliers are committed to fair wages, safe working conditions, and responsible business practices.

How are your orders shipped, and do you offer free shipping on all items?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes, or UPS, depending on the destination and package size to ensure efficient and reliable delivery.

All domestic orders ship free of charge.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Please feel free to message us for the most accurate shipping rates, as Etsy’s calculated shipping may not always reflect the best available options.

Please note that international shipping from the United States can sometimes experience delays due to customs and transit times, which are outside of our control. We process and ship all orders within 1 business days, and delivery timelines are determined by the carrier.

Tracking is included with all orders, and insurance is automatically added to orders over $50.

Please be aware that customs duties and import fees may apply depending on your country. We recommend checking with your local postal service for details, as these fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If tracking does not show a successful delivery to the address provided, we’re happy to offer a refund or replacement—your choice.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you’re not satisfied, message us within 10 days of delivery to start a return. Items must be returned within 14 days, in their original, unused condition with packaging and tags.

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and a 15% restocking fee applies. If the return is due to our error, shipping costs will be covered.

Are your rocks and crystals all natural and genuine?

Most of our crystals and stones are 100% natural and genuine. A small number may be man-made or enhanced, usually only when the stone does not occur naturally.
