1 out of 5 starsI returned this item for a refund since the pendant was larger than I thought. The seller was willing to take it back, however she sent a curt message to me that I had not returned the gift box, tag and ribbon when she got the pendant back. I had ordered some other items and guess the wrapping was thrown away. I apologized and asked her what I needed to do. She never responded back. Then I discovered she had deducted the "charge" for the box from my refund. I thought this was petty and disappointing, especially since I tried to be nice and she never responded.

5 out of 5 starsThe earrings and necklace were both absolutely beautifully made and the design and colors used were elegant. I gave them to a friend of mine as a birthday gift and she immediately put both of them on after opening the box. I would recommend purchasing jewelry that is designed, made and sold by this shop. Not only are the items I have purchased been beautiful, but having all the proceeds going to the Wounded Warriors Foundation makes any purchase made very special. Joanne

Quality and affordable gemstone jewelry that benefits Special Operations Warrior Foundation
Robi started designing and making jewelry early in 2008 after receiving a jewelry making catalog in the mail by coincidence. She was always curious about how jewelry was made and receiving the catalog was like a sign telling her to explore her curiosity. At that time in her life she had been looking for a way to express her creativity. Realizing she could not wear everything she had the energy to create, Robi established a jewelry business - Robi's Rock 'n Bead Designs with the idea to provide quality costume jewelry at affordable prices for ladies primarily in the professional workforce. Later in 2008 a friend she met on a 2004 white water rafting trip in the Grand Canyon invited her to attend the 2009 Tucson Gem Show where her friend lived. The rest is history. Robi has attended the gem show every year since and designs her pieces using the semi-precious gems she hand selects at the Tucson shows. Robi’s love of the outdoors and of the west is reflective in her style and her jewelry designs.
Another desire Robi had was to do some charity work but her busy professional schedule did not give her much flexibility for volunteering. The jewelry business was the solution. Several weekends a month, Robi dedicates her time to making and selling her jewelry pieces. 100% of her profits is donated to help wounded soldiers and their families through her favorite charity - Special Operations Warrior Foundation. www.specialops.org
"The sacrifices soldiers make motivate me to work hard at my business so that I can help our soldiers and their families."
The Special Operations Warrior Foundation is a top-rated nonprofit organization that supports the military's special operations forces and their families through three programs: college scholarships, family services, and immediate financial stipends. Over 84% of the charity's budget is spent on programs and services it delivers. It has been rated a 4 star charity by Charity Navigator 8 years in a row.
Between 2010 and 2018, Robi's Rock 'n Bead Designs earned and donated over $25,000 to this charity. Her goal is to earn enough money to pay for one Special Op's Child's college education and feels she can do that with the help of her Etsy on-line store.

Additional policies and FAQs
1. JEWELRY MAINTENANCE
My jewelry is made from high quality components (gemstones, glass, metals, etc.), but it still needs to be taken care of properly! Please don't wear the jewelry while exercising or swimming. Swimming pool chlorine is a big problem for gold filled and gold plated jewelry. Please store the jewelry in cool/dry conditions - a plastic bag works great.
2. REPAIRS
Accidents happen occasionally and I am happy to repair any piece. Most repairs are free, but anything that involves the use of new materials would include a charge. Contact me with the repair needed and I will help you.
3. CUSTOM REQUESTS
Do you have an outfit you want to match? Do you want a necklace in a specific color, or a piece I have for sale but with a different chain or a different length? Do you want more than just one of something I have listed (i.e. for 7 bridesmaids). I'd be happy to work with you! Simply request a custom order or message me and I can set it up. I enjoy doing custom orders.
4. GEMSTONE VARIANCE
The majority of my pieces are made with natural gemstones. These are natural stones which have imperfections. As a result, no two items will be exactly the same. Any inclusions, lines, slight coloring variances are all a part of the stones' natural beauty, and do not decrease the value of the jewelry one bit.
5. CHARITY DONATIONS
100% of the profits on all items are donated to benefit wounded soldiers and fallen soldiers' families. I make a quarterly donation based on the profits in that quarter. My charity of choice is Special Operations Warrior Foundation.
6. PHOTOGRAPHY
Most of the photos have been taken with a Canon digital SLR EOS Rebel T3. No flash but photography full-spectrum lights and backdrop fabric were used. Special thanks to Canon U.S.A. for providing a free camera repair so that I could continue my charity work.
